Holiday Open House

Come celebrate the holiday season at Clermont! Explore the mansion at your own pace during our annual open house. Take in the rooms, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and listen to live traditional music performed by Tamarack. Our knowledgeable guides, dressed in period costume, will be available throughout the house to answer any questions about the mansion, the Livingston family, or the people who lived and worked on the estate. View rarely seen holiday decor and toys owned by the Livingston family. Find the “Festive Folklore” characters hidden throughout the mansion. Enjoy warm cider in the Visitor Center while you view our special exhibits “Spero Meliora: Life in The Land of Livingston” and “We Hold These Truths to be Self Evident.”

Take a wintertime stroll through the grounds and warm up with good company by the bonfire.
